CHA Giveaway! FolkArt Acrylic New Colors!

Yay!  It’s time for a giveaway to celebrate CHA Summer Show!  What is it you ask? It’s the newest FolkArt Acrylic shades, a total of 17 colors.  Try shades ranging from Pink Melon to Deep Ocean Blue – all colors of the rainbow are represented; it’s a fabulous palette!  Here are the rules, and they are very simple:

WE ARE GIVING AWAY 10 PAINT PRIZE PACKS!!!!

1. Comment on THIS blog entry. Say anything that you would like.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. Contest will close this coming Monday, August 2nd at midnight (EST).
4. PLEASE leave your e-mail address if you post anonymously – I need some way to reach you.
5. US residents only at this time (later we’ll open up contests internationally!)

    Love Folk Art by Plaid. I use it all the time and recommend it to my students as I teach One Stroke. What a blast it would be to be able to tell the students that Plaid was actually gonna send ME some paints!!! I can hope. Have not been able to get any new colors in a while. Let me dream.

    Is the Craft Convention only open to business or can anyone attend? I have seen a lot of new things on your blogs and Crafty Chica’s. We don’t get half of what is out there in this town. We have a few scrapbook places, JoAnn’s Fabric and Craft, Michaels, and Hobby Lobby mainly. Some times the Crafters Mall has a vendor with a few scrapbooking items. We do have a couple of Art supply places geared more for the college kids and professional artist. I see neat ideas on your blogs, but finding the items is difficult. I hate ordering online since you cannot judge when it will actually arrive. I guess I am going to have to order more online to get it. I found another neat project on DIY and HGTV, but cannot find it in the stores. Oh well!!!

    I have used Plaid Paints from day one. I have to order my paints and you cannot really tell about a color until you see it. Would love to see all the new colors. Never won anything ever! I am 78 and painting is the joy of the day for me.
    On August 4, we will celebrate our 59th wedding anniversary.

    I love FolkArt paints. Have taken lessons on the One-Stroke technique designed by Donna Dewberry. I love to paint on all sorts of things…seashells, rocks, canvases, clothes, wooden projects….

    These newest colors are just the thing to add to my “collection” of Folkart paints.

    i just had to enter when i saw what the giveaway was,i love Folkart paints.i mainly have mostly the old colors.i’ve been fighting for my disability,it took me over 10yrs.,but yeah for me i finally won.i love to paint,i hadn’t it quite awhile due to being a single mom,i just did’nt have the time.now,i have lots of time,and i find that the art therapy helps me to deal with all of the changes in my life.i mainly do abstracts,i’m working on a few right now. i am going to donate them to the conference i am going to in October,for my disease.we have a raffle to raise money for our Network.so, please don’t take it wrong,if i really hope to win,besides it would be a nice way to turn 49,on the 5th…thanks for a chance…

    I worked at Michaels arts & crafts store for 5 years. I always recommended your products! Especailly the glass paint because I use it myself! I taught a few classes there as well and we always used your paints! Keep the new projects coming! We love them!

    Just read all three articles … wooo whooo! Loved the Bliss … the pictures help me to remember to look at all the details
    with colors – cannot go wrong with the colors of nature. I am also a huge SU! fan so that article was fun to read too. Nice

    I used to live in Atlanta which is the center of Plaid and One Stroke. Now I live in a small town in KY and have to drive many miles to a craft store.     I so wish I was at CHA. Thanks so much for posting the latest and greatest from Plaid.Makes me feel like I am there. I can’t wait for the newest plaid products to arrive in my area stores. So many wonderful things to be able to create. Plaid does make it easy for us crafters to look good. Plaid does most of the work and we get all of the credit. Can’t wait for the enamel giitter and the new paint colors. My glassware won’t know what hit it. The new color of paints will be inspiring as well. Can’t wait to start painting and being creative with those new vibrant colors. Thanks Plaid for great products and all the inspiration.

    I paint on plaster and wood, pretty much any thing I can get my hands on! FolkArt paint gives great coverage on the first coat! Plaid products are the best!! Great giveaway idea!!

    Just on my feed from ModPodge Rocks about this awesome giveaway of FolkArt Acrylic Paint! I just finished fixing up an old desk for my daughter by ModPodging scrapbook paper to it.
