It’s Giveaway Time! Enter to win a FolkArt Extreme Glitter Prize Pack

It’s time for another giveaway. I mean who doesn’t love the chance to win free stuff? In this giveaway we are giving away five FolkArt Extreme Glitter colors. The five colors are, Aqua, Confetti, Fuchsia, Royal Blue, and Champagne. Additional FolkArt Extreme Glitter colors can be found here. Wouldn’t you like to try out these colors on an upcoming holiday project?  Maybe use these colors to decorate some Thanksgiving or Christmas ornaments. We are giving away a 5 pack of these paint colors to 2 lucky Paint Me Plaid blog readers.

  1. Wonderful points altogether, you just gained a brand new reader. What would you recommend about your publish that you simply made some days ago? Any positive?

  2. My entire 7 foot Christmas tree is decorated with nothing but decorations I made myself. This is a continuous process: every year new decorations get made. This year I am planning to make various stars and other items that really stand out among the green of the tree. I absolutely love Plaid paint (I have a large collection of the ‘regular’ colours) and would love to be able to use these sparkling colours to make my Christmas tree truly spectacular.

    I’m already a dedicated follower of Plaid on FB, liked you ages ago ;-), and hereby enter the giveaway :-).

  8. The project I think is WAY cool on the Plaid Kid’s Craft is the Rolling Pin plaque post from Friday, November 20, 2009. I think it’s an adorable idea and what a great gift for a kid to make for their mom! I would love one!! =)

I’ve been using Folk Art Plaid paints on these small Name Art canvases I’ve been making for Christmas gifts and these glitter paints would really make them *pop* so that’s what I would use them on! I have actually already used a glitter on one of the canvases and it made such a huge difference so having more color options and trying out the “Extreme Glitter” would be SO much fun!

  11. I was planning on making some snowflakes. I have some FolkArt Gems Diamonds but I don’t think its any good. It’s all goopy. Maybe it’s too old. If I don’t win I’ll still go buy some anyway.

  34. I checked out the Plaid Kids blog. I got a kick out of the little ones in the Angry Bird Costumes. But one thing I noticed was there were no leg holes in the costumes, so the kids wouldn’t be able to walk in them!

  55. Wow, I’d LOVE to win this! I’m ready to roll out the red and green and let the Christmas fun begin, and that means making lots of new ornaments and updating a few old ones. That’s probably my first project with these!

    I’m not a fan of loose glitter AT ALL but I love the sparkle, so I already use this brand off paint to make my crafts shine 🙂

  64. I have used this on black aprons. I do calligraphy and I did some bad wine puns. I used gold for white wine and rose for the red wine. They are adorable and the sparkle on the black fabric is incredible, just like sparkling wine!! I did “In Vino Veritas”, “Life is a Cabernet” and the like.

  92. Ah, the wonderful shine and sparkle of glitter. Where would it go? A better answer would be where would it NOT GO- like in food- otherwise glitter appears on ornaments, boxes, bows, stars, tall standing Santas, quilts, and my murals. I love glitter and it shows up all over my home.

  113. I checked out the Plaid’s Kids Crafts! Lots of great ideas!! I guess my favorite for this time of the year would be the KIds Letter Locker Magnet. My 10 yr old son has a locker this year at school for the first time and he would love to make some of these for his friends in his class. It would be great for boys or girls.
