Month of Martha Giveaway. (XMAS Edition) Enter Today!

Since there are still 4 weeks left in the month of December, we wanted to continue spreading some holiday cheer by bringing back our Month of Martha Giveaway. The last time we did this 4 week long giveaway, it was to promote the release of the new Martha Stewart craft line (available at Michael’s now). Every week for a month, we will hold a giveaway, that will have a different prize from the new line up for grabs. Every Monday at noon we will announce a new giveaway prize, and announce the winners of that week’s prize on Friday afternoon. This week’s giveaway will include, an assortment or glitter paint colors, a 6 oz. bottle of glitter finish, the 3 piece utility brush set, and an adjustable striping brush. We are giving away this amazing kit to 2 lucky Paint Me Plaid blog readers. Don’t forget to subscribe to Paint Me Plaid so that you always are alerted about our giveaways.

  11. I used the pearl blue paint to monogram a piece of tan fake suede, them made a pillow for my friends Christmas gift. Looks very expensive and cost very little. I plan to make a few more, if I have time. I love that I can paint on fabric with these paints.

  34. I would use them to add glitter to items I am going to paint with the Martha Stewart paints I bought at Michael’s in Miami earlier this week. We only had a couple of hours left before our flight back to Scotland, but used the time travelling by bus and walking to the Aventura Mall just so I could visit Michaels and get the paint. I would have bought so much more but ran out of time – it was just as well as our luggage was over the allowance. I can’t travel to the USA each time I want paint so please distribute in the UK lol. I also bought the Martha Stewart Monogram Serif Stencil Set which will come in very handy

  54. The utility brush set is very useful for basecoating with the Martha Stewart paints on any project. I’d use it to create faux finishes.

  68. Oh, what could I not make! The list is long. I’d probably start with some coasters for gifts using the stencil and pretty paints. Some glitter ornaments or other home deco projects for the holidays would be up there on my list.

  69. Found inexepensive wood picture frames the other day. How much fun would it be to use these paints on the frames to display all the lovely artwork that my Grandchildren make me during the Holidays!

  76. I would use the glitter paints to paint over a already painted surface. For example, I would take an unfinished wood box. I would paint it with a satin or metallic paint. After it dries, I would take a glitter paint and paint it all over. It makes it into a bling box. I do it all the time or I’ll take a already painted resin and paint it with glitter paint. It’s so fun to take a little cheap knick knack and make it look like a millon bucks.

  115. Our family loves using paints, we usually find scrap wood and make door hangers and decor along with old jars. I know that our church art studio could really use some great paints such as these. We live going to the studio wednesday nights to paint with others. It’s a chance for kids to use the energy and skills into art! You dont even have to be an artist, it’s just a great place for Gods children to be, and it’s free to the public, which is amazing!!! I know that they sure could use some great paint for their art. They go through a lot and the studio depends on donations and faith and love Alone.
